It could be, and that would be good news in itself: They heard about it in Florida (Maybe from LVargas? LOL Just kidding LVargas but it is, technically possible) and they seen promise, enough so that they contacted JB an sold him and the BOD on placing them on the board. I dont have any idea at this point what drew them together or how they initially contacted each other, as probably the same as all of us. They have interesting backgrounds for sure. One thing is Munroe's law license which he has experience in real estate and construction laws, among several other. He also has been "admitted to practice before state and federal courts" (In Florida, but Im wondering how the Federal part of that plays out in relation to Federal lands in a place like Arizona?). Another thing that caught my eye is he has worked as a real estate investor. That tells me hes not afraid to ante up and most likely has invested with groups of people, depending on the property, so has connections with investors. We will hopefully know in due time. The easiest thing would be for JB just to come out and tell us whats going on, but we all know that legalities may be preventing that right now.
