Hm, I think you have an interesting point, SG. But first...this is a show-me-the-money situation. I think it is most likely that these guys are offering help in some form and want to be on the board. But you took it a step further with your angel investor conjecture. They most likely have friends with money too and maybe asked some of them to get in. And these friends are more comfortable partnering up if these two guys have some control. It's fun to guess. But it would be more fun to see them drill.
