By the way, a lot of people look at reverse spits as bad news.  It is, with the exception of when it is accomplished to successfully advance a company's projects, as opposed to just keeping the lights on, which is most often the case.

As I see it in regards to LBSR, it could be required by a partner (who may get options to acquire stock in the future), and/or it could be required by a more mainstream investor to finance new projects, and standard operating costs.
