O.k, now I have to jump back in here.  "Just kidding", huh?

To be blunt, the recent share price and its direction raise questions of a far more serious concern than those that can come about by looking at the history of spending.  Good questions for sure, but perhaps less appropriate at this point than earlier. 

First, we have to get past whether or not the company will be going belly up.  I don't think so, but if it does, the inevitable class action law suites will follow -justifiable, or not - bringing with them those very questions.  

For me, then, these questions AT THIS TIME, are very much late in the game (ot too early in the second case).
