VP many times a salary can be only as noted as an IOU or ILOP,, just a noted figure of the persons valuation to a company of which may be foregone.   So to say he is not getting paid but if he/she did then Joe gets $500,000. K per anum.  That when the company gains income then that person can be awarded a belated payment by aggrement.  LOL kinda like the BABY hasnt paid for his room and board just yet but what he did give mommy & daddy sure made my GARDEN GROW just fine!  (think diapers,,LOL! think phosphates)  Better yet "forget about it" and have a great day!!!!!!!
