If a partner can not help with our operating cost, than were will they get the money? Can we sell something in value?

If LBSR cannot get PP people or if the lenders state they will not lend LBSR money because the PPS is to low, what has have to happen for LBSR to get operating cost?

If this is the case than I can see a reverse split, or someone with deep pockets on the BOD's.
