To my mind, this confirms that reported discussions with multiple parties are well advanced.  Moreover, the language in the release suggests that the company is looking forward to other transactions, perhaps regarding more than just Hay Mountain.  In summary, and while short of announcing that we have a partner, this is highly encouraging news.
