I just read about Rio Tinto partnering recently with a Chinese co to go exploring for copper in Asia (regardless of current metal price). They're undoubtedly aware of HM, with its myriad attributes in safe mining-friendly AZ. Yet, instead of spending a tiny (for Rio) amount of money to drill a few holes on highly prospective ground in AZ, they go traipsing around the wilds of Asia searching for what's already been meticulously targeted at HM. Why?
