There are many interesting and important aspects to Mr. Briscoe's latest missive. But one thing that is readily apparent is that he took BG and his crew to school by giving them a free, and probably sorely needed free consultation, despite  their having reams of Mr. Briscoe's pirated records to peruse, of which they may or may not have taken advantage and which they may or may not have understood. Do they know, for example, without Mr. Briscoe's guidance, not to quit after drilling say- 5000 feet and finding nothing- and instead giving up and going home? Do they know precisely where to begin drilling- down to the exact spot- despite X's on the map? Maybe they do know all this- but maybe not. And aside from choosing to block the deals and funding that Mr. Briscoe has available to him- they are also choosing to intentionally not take advantage of the most highly qualified expert of the Hay Mountain area. In fact, if Mr. Briscoe had no prior affiliation with Liberty Star (of course then there probably would not be a Hay Mountain target in the first place)- he would be just the person you would want to go out and recruit- and you would only get him if you were lucky and then, only at a dear price. But here we not only have him available to us- he is even bringing funding along with his expertise, just for good measure. What a deal. But no. There must be some very bizarre and personal and twisted forces at play for BG not to want to bring Mr. Briscoe back aboard. Isn't it time we hear an explanation as to why not? For this and why it is also so important to him- and him only- to persevere in his law suits. (And if it really is so important to Liberty Star and we shareholders (since it is in our name)- why won't BG explain to us why? 

It is indeed a sad state of affairs. And a large part as to why we are not instead talking about drilling- and speculating on what that next core sample might show with that shiny new XRF analyzer. Wouldn't that be a lot better? He bought it to analyze core samples. One would think he would take every opportunity to get someone out there and use it.
