My musings about the BOD n BG were directed at the ouster of JB from the company! To throw away his nearly 60 years (I think) of mining experience from the company makes no sense to me. Maybe it was a mutual separation but I have no idea. It doesn't and didn't make sense to me is why I questioned the moves. Keeping him in some kind of loop makes more sense! Wouldn't you agree?

Moving forward I'm left wondering if we get a JV if we are to rely on the Geoloogists from the new partner and we won't have a dog in the hunt with the expertise that our company will need so we have a level playing field! 

That's the extent of my confusion!
