As much as someone MAY be trying to push the share price higher (from a few days ago) to arrange a financing at a favourable price, someone else appears to be seeing this and attempting trades as much as 28 percent lower than highs on the day. 

Call it conjecture, but this is my reasoned opinion given rising prices on very low volume and the company dependence on increasingly frequent financings.

If I am correct in this observation, what would be the solution?  Don't do business with the same lender, one who is likely to be watching trading as closely as I am.
