...or will this expectation become a bust?  If not a bust, will it bring anything of consequential value?  Bear with me.

All of the above may be considered international companies.

"Prospect 2", who is an easy guess, was mentioned by Tracy in answer to a question in the link above.  The response was, "Since that separation, Liberty Star has been in contact with Prospect 2 and found that it has reorganized its international exploration department, replacing all of the senior staff with new persons. Liberty Star continues to re-develop a working dialogue with the new personnel."  [Emphasis added.]

I have to surmise that the "International Exploration Manager" mentioned by Brett was let go from "Prospect 2".  ...not claiming this is fact, just stringing together clues.

Now, what will be the nature of this "relationship", if it happens?  A board appointment and a gift of shares?  There is no cash flow to pay a salary, so what does he bring to the table, contacts?  Should not our CEO be out making contacts on our behalf?  Moreover,  the most recent of such "relationships" has not brought us anything of consequence anyway, at least not to date.

On the positive side, the former "International Exploration Manager" could be the key to bringing his former employer along as a partner to LBSR.  ...depends upon the circumstances of his departure, and what we have to give away to get it.  I am not projecting anything, just sharing thoughts.

As is repeated here by others, "time will tell" (at least until we run out of time...and money).
