So on December 3rd we get informed that:

"If you must count days, it will only lead to frustration and disappointment.  The far more important goal is consummation of an appropriate and mutually beneficial deal.  I will be issuing a more robust update in the coming days. "

With that warning not to count days, and subsequently promising something in 'the coming days' I took that as a guarantee that that update would have the highest of priorities.

It's now December 16th and we get this instead?? 

Basically stating that Mr. O'Heeron has priorities more important than LBSR?

Now I'm getting worried.
