Yes, the period covered by the 10-Q is the quarter from July 1 through October 31, 2019.

The lawsuit filings date from WITHIN this time frame, so something is amiss!  

So now the questions have to be, was this some accidental oversight requiring a correction to be filed with SEC, or was this report prepared as it was with an intention to deceive SEC, shareholders and prospective partners?
