Yes- this Brett Gross character has certainly made a mess of things.  All neatly summarized in this latest 10-K. Wasn't this the guy who was supposed to bring his "business and legal acumen" to the table as an alternative to the great geologist but "not business savvy" James Briscoe? In the meantime, he has wasted time and OUR money getting bogged down in idiotic legal misadventures, has specifically denied the company the benefit of James Briscoe's unique and irreplaceable expertise, has apparently botched negotiations with neighbors controlling access to our claims, has, I suspect,  undermined and sabotaged potential important deals, and, as far as can be determined, has not materially advanced any new deals of his own- after several spectacular failures (see Prospects One and Two). Way past time to change horses.
