You and your twin are being delusional if you think that any major mining company is going to invest in a blind target in this economic environment.  The expectations for copper prices are not good going into a recession, or worse. 

As an optimist I know that recessions  don't last forever.

Major mining companies realize that no copper will be mined for years from a blind target.

In the United States - make that decades.
