Hmm. Interesting idea. PO has not exactly been a prince, as far as we can tell- as Chairman, apparently not taking any resposibility for cleaning up this mess. And, I assume, he would be similarly very much part time. And, I believe, with something of a checkered past. On the other hand- the whole- only- "raison d"etre" for BG being President is that he was supposed to be a successful businessman and lawyer who had the capabilty of running  a company. (And he was never brought in because of wide acclaim- but instead by weaseling his way in.) So far, he has not accomplished that anyplace, let alone at Liberty Star. How has it worked out so far? At least PO has been an actual  successful businessman who has managed, developed and advanced companies. So- something to consider.
