Well- nearly anyone can be right some of the time, and so I would reiterate and agree that the Class A share move provides an important protective benefit. But, I would also reiterate that it, by definition, has a more nefarious effect- namely- that it gives the BOD nearly complete control.

Now- with this move, the little flurry of NRs and the CAs, everyone is excited about the possibility of a deal in the offing. And I wish that to be true as much as anyone. But- as has been pointed out- CAs are a dime a dozen, and LS, itself, has certainly seen its share of CAs come and go without resulting in a deal. 

But, the most important point is that even if a deal for funding and drilling is reached- it is not a given that it will benefit anyone other than the BOD- given their new found independence. We not only have to hope for a deal- but a deal that wlll benefit we shareholders.
