What will these new shares cost??Can they(BOD)just give themselves these magic beans??If they have a cost associated with them ,WHY can't any existing shareholder buy them???I'm just a "dumb old carpenter"but I question how can people ,be given EXCESSIVE power over all of us???I hold  as many shares(more actually)than half of the board.is there no way we can force a shareholders vote,to confirm the leadership we feel we deserve??I know I'm not the only shareholder with 20mil shares or more,yet we have no voice..I've been we LBSR forever--the money to drill fiesco really put me off,but I love the prospects here!!
