A couple of posts back you referred to JB as still being a consultant to the company, an insider.  In the above posting, you are demeaning him in the ugliest terms.  So, how can he be away from decision making while also being a consultant?  You are tripping over your own words, doing yourself damage.  

Besides, how would you know these things unless you are yourself an insider?
