O.k., one more thought.  Let's assume that you were justified in taking over the company.  Does that give you any right to so tightly hold onto power when you have not demonstrated having run anything successfully in your life?  I will retract that and apologize with appropriate evidence, but I've asked you and others before to no avail.  

Having a law degree, and one in engineering are in themselves not a qualification for holding the CEO spot, even with the assistance of AW, whose position in the company is undisclosed to shareholders.  Speaking of AW, what is his position, and what is he being paid?  I know I've asked numerous times before, but one more try is worth the effort.
