We once had a drill target but lacked funds for drilling.  Supposedly we still lack funds for drilling, yet BG is able to find the money for what I count now as a total of four outside experts and their studies.  Perhaps the idea is to find a new drilling site away from the old one which still seems to have access issues.  If so, why not just say so?  

And if I register to see non-public information and buy or sell the stock because of what I read, does that mean that I am trading on insider information?  Looks that way to me.
