Yes- no question that BG and presumably POH's treatment of Mr. Briscoe has been reprehensible. And to the detriment and at a terrible figurative and literal cost to the Company and its shareholders. 

And- as you have said:

"You have got to consider the character of those who are "leading" our company. If they would defraud an older man that has laid down his life for this company, what would they do to the rest of us?"

It certainly does not cast them in a favorable light- to say the least.

And while we would continue to hope for their somehow achieving a funding deal- it is important to remember that it needs to be a deal that benefits the shareholders and not just themselves. Can we trust them to do that?

But thus far- this is a moot question- since, in addition to being unprincipled, they also appear to be too inept to even achieve a deal.
