I believe that the papers on file somewhere in the link I put up were filed by a law firm on his behalf, something very strongly suggestive of the fact that he is not representing himself.  Recall that he is working as a lawyer for an engineering company, not a law firm.  ...makes me wonder how much of the money from our loan sharks is going to pay these legal fees.
