Thanks for the response, I can almost understand it. 

If you are correct then, why did not the price return to .0033 instantly instead of waiting minutes to close there at 7/10s of a second before the day ended?  That is what looks manufactured.  Could not there have been buyers somewhere between .0026 and .0033?  Surely there must have been.

Maybe today's market action will make my question moot.  We shall see soon enough.
