Friday, 14th of May, 2021  (pps 0.90 - 0.95).

As far as historical trading, it was not a consequential day and the PPS hardly fluctuated for the following 2 weeks (0.90 - 0.92)...

Then on Friday May 28th it shot up (0.86 - 1.55) with huge volume.

Anyway we look at it, it wasn't really a very clever move, so if they were trying to manipulate it, I don't really think it worked.
