Okay. Here is another fairly obvious suggestion. Drop the pointless lawsuits. If the goal is to move the company forward and eliminate any impediments to a deal, this should be a no-brainer. If, on the other hand, Brett Gross is maintaining these harrassing lawsuits simply out of petty vindictiveness- then- not so much. As with many other of his actions, Gross owes the shareholders an explanation as to how these lawsuits benefit the company, if at all.

Now that it is acknowledged that the company owes Mr. Briscoe et al nearly $1 million ($988,068- to be more specific- see latest quarterly report)- not to mention many of his valuable personal records reportedly taken from him at gunpoint- it should be a simple matter to either drop the lawsuits or come to an simple settlement. Isn't it rather ludicrous that the company is essentially in arrears to Mr. Briscoe for such a large sum- and yet is wasting the company's time and money sueing him for essentially nothing?  I am certainly no spokesman for Mr. Briscoe- but, I would assume there would be quick agreement wherein he would agree to deduct the purported value of those vehicles in question from the amounts owed him-( the value of which- again- per the quarterly report- essentially $0). (And- just to be clear- he never took those vehicles for any personal use- he simply held them in his name to protect them for the company in the event of any bankruptcy of the company.)Clearly, Mr. Briscoe has more of a legitimate basis for a lawsuit against the company- aside from the matter of how he was questionably pushed out of the company- then the company has against him. In fact- the one thing that Gross has accomplished with his lawsuit is to have provoked an expected countersuit against the company. Nice going, Brett. (Did I read someplace that he is supposed to be a lawyer?- another of his purported qualifications to lead the company- along with his stellar track record as a "businessman")

Hopefully- at some point, in the not too distant future- Liberty Star will find some success and will have the means to repay Mr. Briscoe- who has patiently been waiting for the compensation that he richly deserves and that Liberty Star ackowledges it owes him.

In the meantime- drop the damn lawsuit, Brett.
