To me it is obvious that BG is only stalling for the purpose of usurping all of the company for "his" purposes alone,  it appears so obvious just seeing everything he has DONE, NOT DONE and is DOING for LBSR, "NOTHING but NOTHING" for shareholders of LBSR  other than for the "insiders" and they are getting their palms OILED by his self serving moves.
