Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology
Now- there is also the issue of competence. So- even if you accept that you have a Fiduciary Duty to the shareholders- there is also the question as to whether there is the skill and ability to fulfill those responsibilities. Brett, you took over the company on the pretense that you were a better manager than JB. In addition to keeping the lights on- the main goal has been to conclude a deal to get drilling started on the Hay Mountain Primary Targets. Even though you have since spent time and money (wasted?) pursuing various other ancillary activities- see new compilations/rehashes of old data as well as Robber's Roost and Red Rock Canyon adventures among others- which, despite the posturing, have brought us no closer to drilling.
You acknowledge failing to secure deals with Prospects One and Two- and then there was at least one deal that was reportedly undermined while JB was in charge. We are not supposed to mention the name of the company involved since it is supposedly "inside information". Then there was the fiasco of the failed negotation with our neighbor surgeon rancher for access rights. And now there is the fact of Hay Mountain laying fallow while deals are being made all around us for these many many months.
So- even if your intentions are fiduciarily pure- how do answer for your inability to make any progress on our behalf? Once again- for the umpteenth time- the shareholders are owed an explanation.
