Thanks. But- a couple of things. First-we shouldn't have to be asking for a response or information. We're not expecting material information here. The problem is that there apparently isn't any materially important information-- if there were- it should/would be put out in a proper NR. But there could be some reassuring- if honestly so- information indicating that a least a process is in place, ongoing, and making progress. And even if the information itself isn't material or earthshaking- at least through the exchange- there would/could be taken some measure of the man, engendering trust and confidence, if possible. In contrast,  think most here believe James Briscoe to be of upstanding and honest chraracter, even if you didn't agree with everything he did. The fact that he was an upright steward of Geology as a discipline and that he sincerely cared about Liberty Star and its shareholders came across to anyone with whom he dealt. His forthright honesty is in sharp contrast to what we have been dealing with since. This all came through via communication and accessability. What a pale a sad facsimile we have been left with.

We shouldn't have to beg for communication. Gross can communicate however he wants and anytime he wants. Obviously he doesn't want to. Not only does he apparently not care- but what might be revealed about his character and intentions would likely not be a pretty sight.

Frankly- in a way, I feel we have had a very informative response. The very absence of any reply- not only to my queries- but the lack of any meaningful communication- other than blathering bluster- speaks volumes and really tells us all we need to know about Brett Gross.
