Thanks, Leif.  I should have addressed the question to any of our board members who are in law, though I suspect it is likely that the settlement extinguishes related claims. 

Assuming this is so, the matter should no longer interfere with securing a partner or partners for drilling.  That being the case, it remains to be seen if this change is a stimulus to that end or if it makes no difference.

As always, time will tell.
