And yes, no identified President/CEO. My guess is that PO found a party to finance RRC, who will designate the CEO/President, and PO didn't really feel like sharing the upside so bought $1m worth of LBSR's common to take total control & maximize the upside. I hope he sticks w/ those of us w/ warrants from prior private placements and have been loyal shareholders over a VERY prolonged investment cycle.
