I am unclear about what this means. Is phase one near completion and a much larger phase is upcoming? In other words, is phase one near completion, meaning a full technical report may be out soon? This would mean the much larger phase seems to be in the planning stage and will depend on what the technical report determines. I'd prefer to read it as phase one is nearing completion so we can see some results sooner. I'd also prefer reading it that way because it would then seem that phase one is funded already even though new funds might be required for the much larger phase. Phase two? I hope I am making sense.
