Yep, BillCPA, the simplest explanation is often the most likely: "there  just aren't that many shares for sale." 

Leif: I can't argue with a pro like the geologist you talked to, but don't the efforts that found nothing just ignore previously mentioned favorable fire assays AND details mentioned in the LBSR video about finding promising gold at RRC. I am now puzzled too. Oh well--it sounds like he is perhaps changing his mind or at least very open to the potential at RRC after the recent news about bonanza-grade gold.
