I think it earns a NR because it is an entirely different scale. It may not be an ideal funding mechanism, but this is like a whole new ball game. Rather than just "keeping the lights on" money- for the first time this is a substantial fund and must have been obtained with purpose- the only of which- which I think was alluded to- is to begin drilling. It is finally enough for a serious campaign. I just hope Hay Mountain isn't forgotten and I hope drilling commences soon.
