Sheldon Inwentash

Mr. Inwentash holds a B.Comm from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant. In 2012, he received an honorary degree, doctor of laws (LL.D) from the University of Toronto. Mr. Inwentash is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of ThreeD Capital Inc. (formerly Brownstone Energy Inc.). He is also the former Chairman and CEO of Pinetree Capital Ltd. and Mega Uranium Ltd. Mr. Inwentash has more than 25 years of experience in the investment industry and a deep understanding of progressive investment and financial management strategies. With his expertise in the resource and commodity industry, he has been successfully investing in the resource market for most of his career.

John Carter

CEO & Director

Mr. Carter has over 35 years experience in the metals and mining industries. Mr. Carter specializes in the engineering , design, and manufacturing of mineral processing equipment for mining operations. He has been involved in the design and manufacture of over 200 mineral processing plants globally in 40 countries. He is currently Senior VP and Director of Great Lakes Graphite.

He also sits on the boards of Mag Copper and Shoreline Resource Management Inc. Mr. Carter is an adviser to DNI Metals and brings significant value because of his extensive knowledge of mill development and mines.

Gerry Feldman

Member and Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee

Gerry Feldman, CPA, CA is the Managing Partner of DNTW Toronto LLP Chartered Professional Accountants. Mr. Feldman received his CA designation in 1985 and is a member of the Canadian Public Accountability Board and a member in good standing with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and Ontario. Mr. Feldman has over 30 years of experience in managing clients in specialized sectors including, securities dealers, mutual fund dealers, mutual funds, exempt market dealers, portfolio managers, investment counselors and public companies, and is an approved panel auditor for the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada. In addition, Mr. Feldman holds and has held senior officer and director positions with companies listed on various stock exchanges.
