Agoracom, OMAG plans to develope leased land, on one hand, and to build homes on the Sultanate's land on the other. At the time of sale the home buyer purchases the land underneath the home, which OMAG conveyes to Oman at closing less a commission, presumably.
So where 's OMAG's price leverage?
In fact, OMAG should hope land prices don't go up crazily and stifle current demand.
What am I missing?
