As a follow up, could you please provide details on HOW the increased land value could positively impact the share price?

(I could be mistaken, but I assumed that the land is leased from the Omani government at an annual rental amount. Increased land values means highier property prices and greater revenues for OMAG leading to hopefully increased earnings per share.)

Also, how much does OMAG need to pay for the land? Is this agreed or still being negotiated? Could this be another reason for the delay in signing the development agreement?
