I suspect that Frank will only release information via SEC approved public release procedures. this undoubetdly takes time and effort. I also know him and believe that he is devoting 100% of his time to putting pressure on the Omani gov't. to resolve and conclude the issue with the DA agreement. You can be pretty sure of this. No news most likely indicates the issue has not yet been resolved, probably because of bureaucratic holdups.. not unusual in any government project but admittedly maddening in this case.

When there is meaningful news, one way or the other, I think you can be assured that he will release it.
