Multi-Billion Dollar Agreement Signed With Oman
My belief is that the announcement will be made during the morning (whenever it gets announced) and will immediately pop to between $5 and $10. At that point, major brokerage houses will start talking about this to their clients, increasing the demand (because it will no longer be a penny stock). Some of us will begin to sell SOME of our shares to get back some or all of our initial investment, but still stay in the game. If we're smart, we won't get giddily excited ("irrational exhuberance?") and dump our shares too quickly. But instead, sell carefullly into strength. Then we'll start to excercise our options at $1.25 (this assumes the DA is signed this month ... if not this month, then it assumes management extends the deadline). We buy more at $1.25. As the stock approaches $10/share, we excercise some warrants at $5/share. Then as it gets into the teens, we excercise our $10 warrants. But in all cases, we do it piecemeal as we watch the price rise. If we act too quickly, we lose opportunity for additional gain.
Some time ago, I did some math (before the announcement of the rights offering and warrants, so my math is probably wrong, now), and came up with a possible price in the mid-$20s. This was based on a $300 million value of land going to LLC (of which OMAG books 60%) plus the present value of a future cash flow figure management provided and of which I can't remember) ... per share, plus the impact from some of the other contributions/payments by the Omanis. Then I went to bed dreaming of sugar plum fairies ... Then I woke up.
I don't see $100 in the future, but that's ok because even $20 would be a dream come true (my dream, that is!). I am very hopeful this WILL all come to fruition.
