I agree, Frank should get on the horn and tell us what's happening or not. Right now, we have no time frame. It would be nice to have an update as to what is happening with the new Minister of Tourism, and if there is any progress to a new meeting with him and possibly a signing shortly. On a good note, I just received the material on the rights and warrants for my reading enjoyment.
