To your question Al, its my estimation that with how their culture conducts business I can see the DA not being signed during Ramadan, but an "agreement of a date to sign the DA" as management has told us about in numerous updates in August. I then see that date being sometime in September. Even the last 8-K said it may be Sept. or Oct. before it gets signed. I'm going with the middle month between August and October. Not to optimistic, not to pessimistic.... Just right.

Hopefully as the season changes, so will our porfolios. Exciting times.
