On one hand i say when this project in the past would have concluded - we could have made a great deal of money on the stock.

It just keeps getting deluted with more hands in the pot.

Maybe we will still make a few bucks if and when the DA is signed.

Lets wait and see what happens sometime this year or maybe even next year.

meanwhile the price keeps on slipping. I hope this news can cause a rise in the stock.
