Thanks, Q. I'm not seeing dillution, unless you're talking about the $ we'll spend on these new contracts with BNP. But that's just part of any development project. So I'm not concerned. I am mystified at the price action going down on this news, though.

I'm also disappointed there isn't any progress on the MOT vs RCA. Hopefully we'll have a status update on that when the 10k is released by 4/1 (hopefully sooner).
