We all must appreciate how much detail is in this report. Its great to see multiple departments aware of the project. Hopefully the SC Approval Letter is the last objective needed to finalize the signing. It was very interesting to read that no major projects have been approved in years. That goes to show how cautious this government is, even when they know they have a substiantially amazing business proposition in front of them.

Its still a matter of when, and not if.
