My complements to the author(s) of the recent 10-Q. It was a beatifully written and artfully crafted tale of the plight of the Omagine Project... with a happy ending (per this excerpt form thee 10-Q): "Management is optimistic that the DA will be signed soon but given our past experience..... we expect it to be signed before the end of 2013."

It again looks like a "not if but when" situation. My biggest concern is Omagine's pecking order position on the totem pole of 70 unsigned projects. I hope it isn't going to be done alphabetically.
