I know it will be signed ... but as I described to a relative/fellow investor recently in response to his monthly question, "So, what's going on with Omag?" ... it's like this:

Our goal is to reach X and each 8k or 10k or 10Q provides a progress report that indicates we are 1/2-way to our destination. We will continue to halve the distance remaining ... but until that algorithm (1/2 the REMAINING distance) changes, we will never arrive ... but we will get closer. Like all of you, am very hopeful that the algorithm will change.
