I agree with your comments ... but caution is the word for the day. I do feel much more confident that this will get signed by year end ... 2013. Hopefully there will be some ADDITIONAL news to report in next month's Q3 filing (due out no later than 11/15).

Oh, and I'd like to report that I consider this filing significant enough for me to come out from under my rock. It was getting smelly anyway.
