Slow progress,but very positive. It appears that the focus on this procedure is still CYA issues on the MOT side. Here in the U.S. we like to move at 80mph but the Omani's move at 15mph, so it seems like we are driving in circles waiting for them to catch up. It will all be worth it in the end.
