But more important, I look upon you as the historian for our group and, as such, do you happen to know how OMAGINE LLC, which i believe to be a prvately held company, was formed, when it was formed and hwo many shares are outstanding? Also, when OMAGINE, INC. was formed. Or, alternatively, you can direct me to a post that contains that information. I'd appreciate it.
